At Araamis, we work with several high profile ministerial entities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Very often, we end up designing for the highest ranking ministers and deputy/vice ministers. In one such project, we have designed a mobile (iOS/Android) based app called Control Panel. A robust set of integrated built-in apps (i.e. tasks, meetings, who's who, actions, communication etc) within Control Panel provide bird-eye view and one-tap-control of everything that has happened in the business hours, is happening and will be happening.

A robust set of integrated built-in apps (i.e. tasks, meetings, who's who, content, communication etc) within Control Panel provide bird-eye view and one-tap-control of everything that has happened in the minister’s (of a high profile ministry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) business hours, is happening and will be happening.
Our UX research phase typically involves an insightful shadow study of the Minister’s (or the decision maker’s) day in life. Key pain-points are usually documented from his daily life engagements, meetings, interactions with his support staff, stakeholders, advisors and delegates. Interviews are conducted with his office and support development team to validate assumptions made during the observation phase. This lean discovery phase leads to the creation of visual user stories and task flows that inspire the design of the application at all stages.
